About Me Time Yoga

Me Time Yoga is a private yoga, fitness, and wellness practice that provides individual and small group instruction to fit your busy lifestyle when you need just a little time to yourself, no matter where you are in the world! We also offer nutrition consultations, and when applicable, in home reiki healing sessions, and massage therapy services via our massage therapist partner.

We believe the mindful movement is for everybody no matter the age, ailments or level of physical fitness. Whether you spend most of your day behind a desk, behind the wheel, or behind schedule, we bring the wellness studio to you and work with all ages and body types from athletes to those preferring a more gentle style. Together we develop an appropriate wellness program to bring balance to the body and mind. Programs may include yoga, Barre, traditional fitness techniques, or a fusion of multiple disciplines. All programs are individualized for your unique goals. Over time, students will lengthen and strengthen their muscles, increase flexibility and find peace of mind through a regular practice.
